Why can we install games on the external sd card

WHY CAN WE INSTALL GAMES ON THE EXTERNAL SD CARD

I just download Nova 3 from 12 to 8GB need space

I know what you are trying to say, and I think it comes down to pirating/sharing of a developers app and possible performance issues of reading off an SD card. I'm not sure if we will see this farther down the line it would be nice but I'm not to sure. I'm just happy I can save music and video to it. TTYL

pretty sure transfer speeds are the issue here

With the old BBOS's, it was a security feature/issue. I'm not sure if the new OS has the same security features as the old one though. This has been asked so many time over the years, especially when internal storage was almost non existent. I don't see it ever happening.
