I would love some help, been searching a cannot find a solution

It seems I cannot send or recieve photos via Text message, when I attempt to send one I get a error message thats says: "orignator address not found"

I cannot recieve a text sent to more than 1 person either

Any Help would be appreciated.

What carrier do you have? That might be a network issue and not the phone itself

You may have to just reload the os

sounds like your carrier didn't provision your mms correctly
