    hello..

    YES...for who get this error with his z10 camera : " camera cant be started "

    u should rush and run to the place where u got it and ask them to replace ur z10 and dont allow them to waste ue time by reloading or wiping or anything else...

    COSE THIS WHAT HAPPENED FOR ME...

    serious i cant believe how RIM is ignoring this major problem when Z10 is trying to VS I5 or S4...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    BUT i thank God that they agreed to replace my Z10 (but still waiting for it )...

    It happened to me on a STL100-1. Turned out not to be a hardware problem, just a weird issue. When you restart the phone and press on the camera icon just as it comes up it works again. As a disclosure, the vendor was extra nice and exchanged it... corporate perk.
