    I have the updated os and I just can't seem to get the white brightness.

    If you are talking about adjusting it from cool to warm and dark to light it is under display.

    You probably have a STL100-1, eh?
    The option isn't there for us for a reason that is not known. Possibly not supported by the different chipset in this model

    It is known.

    Different GPU being a TI based chip set in the -1. TI is out of the mobile business and BlackBerry can't access the color temperature settings in that GPU, if there ever was one.
