    Hi. Welcome to CB. Do you have an sdhc card or just using the phones storage? Have you rebooted the phone? What happens when you open the file manager?

    What os is you using ......?
    If you use leaked os there are developer os too if u installed dev os there is no icons for gallery, music,&videos such a icons then you have to reload the os
