    On connecting my Z10 to a windows 8.1 PC via USB, the phone is seen as a CD (if I choose autodetect from USB connections options) or it shows driver not found (if I choose connect to windows). I cannot access my pictures etc. on the internal memory due to this.

    PS: My Z10 has no SD card.

    BB Z10/STL-100-2/10.1.0.4187

    EDIT: I installed Blackberry desktop manager and my device was recognised and mounted as a network device, with access to internal storage. I also later installed link and everything worked perfectly.

    I think I have a similar issue. Every time I try to connect ANY blackberry device to my computer link doesn't recognize because of missing blackberry drivers.

    Have to guess the drives download with link. Maybe uninstall link and reload it?

    I thought the same thing. But re-downloading doesn't work.
