My Bell Z10 took a bad tumble and the screen is DEAD. Can't do anything now. My buddy who switched to Apple gave me his old Rogers Z10 but I need to unlock it.

Do I call Bell? Will they charge me? Do I go to one of those cell phone repair places?

    Thanks!
