You can buy a brand new, factory unlocked one on shopblackberry.com with full warranty for $200+tax. It's listed as $300, but use coupon code SAVE100BB142 during checkout to bring it down by $100.

Only thing is, it's good on GSM carriers only. Your profile says Verizon, and this model won't work on Verizon.

Darn that's a great deal with the coupon code but you're right my wife and I are on verizon and $300 I agree is too steep! Thanks for the info though I appreciate it!
