If that was the case then it will be free from bugs 8), unfortunately it looks like the current latest leak will become the official update and although it is a big step in the right direction it's not as stable as it should be.

There's 1934-1952 out there I'm not sure 1925 will become official ...

Heard talks of 2xxx also, so can't say.

I am asking myself if 10.2.1 ever gets official. Besides installing apk there is not much difference to 10.2., maybe in 10.3 there are features blackberry should have from beginning

Also adding feature so you can make groups in contacts and choose FOREVER instead of
only 90 days when syncing email. Two that I really look forward to. VZW should release
10.2.1.xxxx sometime this decade, but not holding my breath.

Not true. This update is more than just bug fixes. except for breaking the camera somewhat....
