    I am using z10 (stl100-3) in India. I am not receiving official release 10.3.1.
    i have already tried everything like, OTA, Blackberry link and via Web but all shows that no latest update

    Note :- my z10 is unlocked and while booting, it shows TELCEL (mexican carrier) logo.
