And it won't be 10.3.0 it will be 10.3.1 which hasn't been officially released to anyone yet.

Middle of first quarter 2015 is when Z10, Z30, Z3, Q10, and Q5 are getting 10.3.1

Omg... another one.... if you want it so badly, then install a leak. Otherwise wait like everybody else does... not a day goes by without somebody complaining about not having 10.3.1 update yet... loosing my will to live...

You will get carrier updates on 10.3 on your z10, when Apple releases iOS10 and Android M from Google.

If you can't wait that long, suggest going leak route.

Get one of the auto loaders from this website. Then download it. Once you fully downloaded it to your computer. Extract it using win zip. Once it's done extracting. Open it. You will see a black box open up. Connect your device, it will ask you to input your password. Once you do that it will start loading. Wait until it's done. Bam. You now have a leak. Of course before you do this please do a back up of your phone just incase you run into issues you can always run back to your last working Os. Also this way you can load up your contacts once you load the latest os incase they don't transfer over.
