    Often I receive videos on WhatsApp, downloaded from BlackBerry World, which don't play. Though they get downloaded but when I try to play it, it does not play. Please see the following image to have a better idea. What should I do?

    Guys I am trying to attach the captured image from my gallery but it's not being attached!!!! Well... it's only a play symbol on the still video frame ... that's it. No play

    I am also facing the same issue but on a Passport. Videos downloaded thru Whatsapp don't play. Only appear as a screenshot...
