The update has a bug where it does not refresh in the Hub. It keeps on telling me I have 2 unread messages when I have read them ages ago.

I don't get any new messages notification in the Hub anymore

Only one in the hub for me, but I do have issues with not receiving notifications when someone sends me a message. Many times if they send me a message and I haven't replied in a while they have to send me a text message to ask if I got their WhatsApp message, and I don't get anything until I open the app. Even leaving it as an active tile doesn't help. Hoping BBM for other platforms comes out soon, WhatsApp for BB10 is extremely unreliable.

I have it also twice in the hub but since long time ago not because of the update yesterday so my guess it is an OS issue and not from whatsapp.

I'm not seeing What's App in my Hub. I tried to go into setting on both the Hub and What's App but no where is there and option to add it to the Hub. Any suggestions?

Probably you have an old OS version afaik it should work from OS 10.1 and newer.

Since updating my Q10 has rebooted twice when someone sent a picture to me. Never had the issue before. Hopefully it doesn't do it again.

after uninstalled and deleted whatsapp and performs several reboots without whatsapp installed, and then installed it back, the problem with the hub doesn't appear, but the notification is still not working, and there is no option for whatsapp in the hub setting.

I think this update is total crap!

latest update solved all the issues I had; and I have none of the issues you mentioned.

I am on .2312, there must be a problem with .2354 software.

I have a similar problem but not with whatsapp. Instead I have 2 foursquare in my hub. So might be an OS issue and not necessarily an app issue. I still don't know how to remove the extra one.

Please upgrade to a supported OS version. According to our BlackBerry World description:
"In order to install WhatsApp, you will need to have Software Release 10.0.10.82 (OS Version 10.0.10.648) or later."

10.0.9.2372 is the original release from February, and all carriers should have put out updates to at least 10.0.10 by now. If you have not yet received an update, it is probably because you are using a phone your carrier does not support. In that case, you will need to find another way of updating your device.
