    I have uninstalled WhatsApp from my z10 and have since restarted my phone, but when I compose a new message it has the WhatsApp option still there. Now when you click on it, it goes straight back to the Hub screen, but I would still like it removed. Ideas on how to remove?

    Have you tried completely deleting it from BlackBerry World instead of just uninstalling?

    Yes I have in installed then reinstalled to delete. Nothing has worked. Not even a volume up & down reset
