    I just bought my z10 a week ago. I've been trying to download whatsapp but haven't been able to find it on blackberry world. When I use external links to try to download it, when it redirects me to BlackBerry world it says UNAVAILABLE for download but I've been reading about others with whatsapp on z10s. Any ideas?

    Pulled battery and check OS update . WhatsApp should available in app world.

    Please NEVER suggest this again. Battery pull is no longer a thing for BB10. You don't do a hard reset that way
    It does more bad than good, for you and for others
    Make sure you are on 10.1. I do believe that is the minimum OS for whatsapp

    No need for a battery pull, it's as helpful as doing a battery pull on your laptop...(a waste of time!).

    OP, you simply need to update your OS.

    It says that you need at least OS 10.0.10.648 or later. I'm gonna assume it's unavailable in your country.

    WhatsApp is available but only for 10.1. My guess is you're one of the only people left running 10.0. Type myver and hit space to tell us what OS you are running please.

    Did you bother reading any of those posts, most notably mine? How about looking WhatsApp up in BlackBerry World? When you do that you'll understand why your post is useless.

    Regardless of what appworld says, I could not download WhatsApp until I'd updated to 10.1. In fact it was not visible in appworld until I'd updated. Maybe it's been updated since then.
