I want to install app from DDPB with usb cable but, it just charging and not detect usb drive.. why should I do?

Output from USB on the PC isn't the best (lower than the wall charger). This is why you'll get the message. The device will charge, just slower. Use the charger that came with the device for best results. Won't worry about it too much though...

I'm with Cap, don't worry about it. Use the electrical plug for faster charging, BUT charging via the PC will not harm your device.

My PC has good USB power and doesn't show that. I do have an app that shows this black band is just a way to show that the phone's system is charging slower. As the battery starts taking a charge the black band shuts off. It is actually a good thing. Sometimes when the system in your phone is active or shutting down an app, and you quickly plug in your phone the band pops up. The bands' wording maybe should be changed to explain this action better. I just don't know what it should say. There is nothing wrong with the battery, phone, or charger.

Hit the CHILL button. It's a glitch that came compliments of some versions of the updated OS. Been covered. Mine even says it if I'm below 60% and using the wall charger.

It would do that with my charger bundle cable. Haven't tried it with 10.2 to see if it's resolved.

Hmm, I'm pretty new here, but if I read the question correctly he doesn't want to know if he can charge the phone via the USB cable (regardless of the message on the screen), but why the PC isn't detecting the USB drive for sideloading.

I have no idea, by the way. I've been using a random USB cable that was already attached to the PC when upgrading the OS. Did you try a different cable?

Yeah having same message with original Z10 charger as well as the PlayBook charger just keep ignoring it.

I get that message once in a while when recharging with the wall charger that came with the phone.

Go to Settings, Storage Access, then scroll down and switch the USB Mass Storage to on position. This will pick up the Media Card as a drive.

I only get this when I use the Mrs charger in her vehicle. It still charges fine. I have a non BB charger in my truck and it does not say this.. its odd.
