    Every time I try to open the Blaq app on my phone, I'm greeted by this and I don't know what to do from there.

    Delete it and redownload it from the Beta Zone.

    Have you done as it states and downloaded the current build from either BlackBerry World or Test Lab? If you're not already in the Test Lab beta or already own Blaq you won't be able to use the Beta Zone builds.
