Get into the folder with all the artists, copy all, open your blackberry sd card like a removable drive, go into music folder, paste all.

If that's the case and you want a workaround, take the sd physically put of the phone and put into your computers slot, then open the sd card like a removable drive, and follow the same instructions I posted a second ago.

I normally just drag it into the side once I connect it to the computer it registers as a drive on your computer. There is a folder called music.

Activate mass storage and just drag and drop into the music folder.

I have 3500+ songs on iTunes and used BB link to transfer them. BB Link gets a lot of hate here, but it has been great to me.

This will be the fastest option. Using mass storage with a cable or BB Link are MUCH slower.

I started using iTunes but I have started just dragging and dropping. I think it is faster, though I do think I need to get a faster SD card. Mine is a class4 and it is slow.

I have had many problems with link sync so I drag and drop. I still buy CDs (no, really) because of their sound quality and rip them to wma files, store them on my Z10, and listen through Bluetooth headset. CDs have a bit rate of 1411 Kbit/sec while mp3 and wma have default settings somewhere between 128 and 192, depending on the system spec. These lossy files, like mp3 and wma, do not sound very good with a good home system but nice for travelling and exercising. I guess you can call me a hi-fi snob.

I assume You're using Windows in a 64 bit version, I had the same problem.

I solved it by going to device manager and told the BlackBerry to use the previous aversion of device driver. Since than it works like charm, done 2 OS updates with backup and restore (OT: in reality 3, cos I stepped down from the first leak to the old version, but couldn't resist to install the new leak...and it's doing well, work drive is running now)
