If you mean an app to let you set you set custom colour LED's for notifications like voice mail, email, texts etc. I have been using HUB++ for about a year and have been very satisfied with it, very flexible. Also, if there is a problem, their support is very good.

You can assign LED colours for specific contacts or for apps like BBM, Email accounts, SMS/MMS, etc..

For what it's worth, I only use an LED color program to get a green signal LED. I've tried most every major LED app published and found "Watcher" the most consistent for not crashing or stopping for some unknown reason ( or known, for that matter).
