Hi guys,

Can anyone shed some light on the above?

I read a few months ago on here it was something to do with the BB10 software orientation not being able to rotate to landscape but come on - its been over a year now so surely this issue should of been resolved?

I really liked the look of the dock and would purchase it tomorrow if it was available but it seem like this product has defunct.

I got one on the cheap off eBay also. Slow to charge but works ok. I haven't it at work on my desk.

I paid about $20. Would not buy again in retrospect.

Well, a lot of the BlackBerry 10 software (BlackBerry's own) does not support landscape mode, so it makes no sense in docking your phone. The only useful thing would be for viewing the clock, but the lockscreen, the launcher, etc - none of them supports landscape mode.

Bought mine on Amazon (USA), and the official stand is a nice, solid piece of gear. Also has a full-size HDMI port. Emails, text, and plenty of useful apps run in landscape. I can use a BT keyboard, but the angle is good enough to type with stock keyboard.

And it works perfectly for the Passport too. I tried it, it just slides on to the USB port nice and easy.

Regarding using a cheap Z10 dock for the Passport, once the Passport is docked, it doesn't wobble or stress the connector either: it's rock solid.
