    I keep reading that the Z10 doesn't have LTE, but I have one and its always on LTE.
    Could someone explain.

    I don't know where you're reading that but the Z10 certainly is an LTE device.

    If you read the thread why not buy a stl100-1 it says it in there a few times.

    Yeah the stl1 doesn't have lte.

    The Z10 has 4 different models. The stl100-1 (which is the model for non LTE developed countries) does not have LTE, but the stl100-2 does. Yours probably is the stl100-2. You can check through settings > general and see the model number.
