    Are you sure it isn't H+?

    H+ means you are on HSPA+. It means is fast 3G or fake 4G. (Apple used to call it 4G)

    It's fast.

    H+ = think of it as 3.5G
    H = HSPA

    It is mobile radio access technology, and belongs to 3G 3GPP standards.
