I have downloaded 10.2.1.3247 through sachesi... I would like to upgrade my Z10STL100-3, if things go wrong with the process, will I break my phone or not? Will my data be deleted?

Or the phone will work normally if the process fails...
Please help.... and sorry for the dumb question but I'm still new to this awesome BlackBerry world...

    Thanks in advance...

Always backup your phone... yes things could go wrong!

Break your phone... it is possible, but very, very rare. Not even sure if I've heard of anyone doing it with BB10.

    I did a full backup...

So if there will be an error, the phone might get into a non functional state which can be solved either by BlackBerry Link or autoloader, right??

That is correct. Not had that issue since BB10 but sure did in the past. One real joy of BB devices is that ability to restore from an issue.

Good luck. Make sure your phone is plugged into the electric outlet, and do not remove the phone until the update is done. Don't worry if it takes a long time. Be patient.
