    Suddenly my Z10 has gone silent on all notifications and alarms! I have no idea why. I am on the latest official version on Verizon. I reloaded the OS on Blackberry Link and still nothing. I am starting to get concerned. Anyone experience this?

    The speaker is now not working again...ugh. I noticed last night when I was on a ca that the phone call couldn't connect to the speakerphone. Am I SOL? I'm not sure what to do at this point.

    Warranty? Headphone work? Does the speakerphone aspect work?

    Open battery cover and put pressure at the bottom?

    Try this. Some reports about sound being intermittent is caused by a loose connection inside.
