I've had a 10.2 leak installed forever, so I've been enjoying all the features of it for a long time now. I did, however, install this official update.

The toast notifications and lock screen previews are perhaps the coolest features. Also, once you get used to the new cut and paste tools, you'll love them.

There's also all the little subtle changes within the OS settings and features that just make life a whole lot easier.

I love the quick reply function so I dont have to exit what im doing if I dont want too.

Toast of course and they way the combination lock turns in Password Keeper when you enter your combination to open it.

I really love the fact that 10.2 made the Z10 waterproof. They should market the crap out of that feature. Incredibly impressive

For me it was being able to see my tasks show up in calendars made the Remember app even more useful.
