Same for me on 10.2.0.1791... but I can't ever get it to switch to the dark theme for the contacts app... I select it back out and reopen. I select it close without backing out and reopen... NOTHING. lol Not a big deal to me though

Text, contacts, calendar and bbm... bbm goes back to white with certain channels beta platform though. so if you go channels make sure to get the most current not the 10.0 beta.

And I have seen restore prevent dark from working on some leaks.

In the hub, hit the three dots in the corner, select settings, then select text messaging.
It's in there.
