Well my contract was FINALLY up with rogers after a gruesome 3 years. My torch 9800 was still going after 3 years but I figure it's time for an upgrade. I got in my car and headed for the mall. Got there and checked out a few places and decided to go with wind. Plan is 30$ a month and everything is unlimited which is great. I know it doesn't work out in the country but I'm always in the city so it's fine for me. At wind they were really pushing me to get the s4 but I thought of the security and general reliability my BlackBerry gave me.
I decided to get the white z10 and have honestly have had a blast with it! It's just a very sturdy phone and looks like If you drop it it wouldn't break very easily (don't plan on testing this theory) the s4 just looked so fragile, it looked like one of those phones that if you put in your pocket and lean over it would shatter. The one thing that really put the icing on the cake is that I can download mp3s directly on the device from tubidy.com. Interface is great once you get used to it. It definitely takes some getting used to and it.kinda feels like a PlayBook when it's being used as you have to slide up for home and slide screens etc. Overall I'm a VERY satisfied customer of the Z10 and would highly recommend it. Battery life is actually bearable as I'm a very heavy user. Another bonus is that it charges WAY faster then the s4 and torch

Going from a 9800 to a Z10? That's a huge upgrade. I haven't held an S4 in person, but I remember holding the SIII and thinking how it felt cheap. It's that plastic that bothers me.

I went from a Storm 2 to the Z10. Others had lots of criticism for that phone but I liked it for the most part.

Lol ya, I'm not bashing the s4 lol. Personally I just think it's extremely fragile lol. And usually when I think about it I usually end up being right lol. I don't hate the s4 I just think the z10 is way better ;p cause an s4 isn't a BlackBerry haha. And thanks everyone I still love it

I too went from 9800 to Z10 although Rogers let me upgrade after 2 years. I got Z10 on a first day it was released - Feb 5. It was totally problem free and a great joy to use.

And you are not alone! It's been a month since I bought it and cannot be more pleased. I came from Android (Samsung - no problems, Motorola - some glitches) - Z10 is way better

I must admit I'm not the biggest fan of the other box commuter case for one reason, when the keyboard is open you can't swipe from the bottom up to close the tab it just keeps hitting the space bar that's the only real thing in don't like about th me other box, but it sure is a durable case that's for certain
