Volume lock? Don't know how to unlock

Can't seem to figure out how to unlock volume can't play music with volume lock need help

My wife Z10 just did it before supper and I couldn't figure out how to unlock so I rebooted the phone, et voila, problem solved... I don't know if someone else would have a more elegant solution...

That's the only way I could unlock the volume was to reboot restart did not work this is the third time it happen?

By using voice control app and once by touching the mute button between the volume controls

There other threads about this...soft boot the device. It seems to be a is glitch that I'm sure will get sorted out prior to the US Roll Out. It appears to be tied to the blue tooth and the media player

I type volume lock on search no threads came up and soft start does not work volume still locked after trying soft start thanks

I ran into the same problem.
Turns out that this happens when the phone is connected to a Bluetooth device. Once this happens, the Bluetooth device has control of the volume and you cannot change the volume from the phone. Disconnect the Bluetooth device and it is back to normal.
