I am trying to find out how to get my device to automatically enter it when voicemail prompts for it.....not really a hands free device if i have to punch in a password to hear my voicemail

I have the same issue. Alot of VZW people do. It's allegedy supposed to get fixed in the software update whenever they choose to release it....

That's to change the password OP is trying to auto dial the password which cannot be done (that I am aware of)

no that is not to change the password, it is if you change your password at the provider first, but the first time you use it is to put the password for getting your vm.....it works fine....

All this presents to me is the ability to enter the numbers 0-9 and the letters A-F. Can't enter a # into the password field, so there's no way to enter 1234# if your password was 1234.

What gives?
