well I downloaded it and rebooted, what is new or has it fixed bugs, only asking as before update my phone was working perfect on the 10.2 update

Installed earlier today.

Don't see much of a difference. Device won't charge past 61%!! And BlackBerry Protect automatically goes off alone SECONDS later!
