    I have visual voicemail on Verizon. It works from the phone app, but none of the messages are showing in the hub. From the phone app I can't delete the messages, and I'd like to have the voicemails in the hub.

    When I go to the hub and scroll to the bottom of the accounts and pick visual voicemail, there are no voicemails. Like I said, the voicemails are availalbe in the phone app.

    Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it?

    I've unsubscribed from visual voicemail and re-subscribed with no change. I don't see any other way to try and force visual voicemail into the hub.

    I had that when I was on the 2354 leak. Went to the 2062/2016 leak and it fixed it.

    Did you just upgrade to the new OS released by AT&T? Did you have it before the upgrade? and if you haven't upgraded, have you never had it, or did it just stop working? What OS are you currently on(swipe down from top > settings > about).

    A little more information would be helpful.


    I'm currently on 2354(have been for 2 weeks now), and haven't had a single issue.
