Hi all I was wondering how I can change my greetings through VVM. The blackberry website says you don't have to call in to do so if you have VVM, however I can not do it under VVM settings. Any idea why it doesn't give this option? I just subscribed last night and I did restart my phone.

On the stock os I was able to change my greeting on the device. After installing leaks, I now have to call my voice mail to change the recorded greeting. I can still change the type of greeting from the device, i.e., phone number, personal greeting etc... I just can't edit the personal message.

Hm maybe ill be able to do that after I get 10.1 and Dale its setup> get connected > VVM

I've heard if your on the telus network you cannot get visual voicemail on it. they don't support the Blackberry devices.
