    Default visual voice mail question

I have Visual Voice Mail enabled on my ATT account. I just had my son call me and leave a message to see how it works. However, I can see no notification of a voice mail at all. When I go into Visual Voice Mail from the Hub, there are no entries.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

Make sure AT&T enabled it for the Z10. I had the same problem when I switched and the problem was that they forgot to enable it.

Did you go to the "set up" app to set up VVM?

Just checked my AT&T VVM, and it worked fine - Maybe as mentioned above it needs to be set up?

I cannot find a set up for VVM. When I click into VVM in the hub it just takes me to VVM page and says no entries.

You have to go to the "set up' icon. It is a separate icon.

The only thing I see is the ability to change my password and/or my voice mail greeting.

You need to setup visual voice mail within the phone app. When your in the dialer swipe down click setting then voice mail then visual voice mail.

Click on the phone icons > swipe down > settings > voice mail > visual voice mail.

The only options I have there are to change the password and the greeting or to edit the vm access number.

I stopped in to the att store. She took vvm off my account then added it back and changed my password. What ever it was, it worked. The only bad thing is now I have to put in my password every time I want to listen. I never had to do that before.
