    Default Visible screen fade while in the hub of other apps

    So I'm not sure if this is by design or not but when I'm in the hub, I find the screen has a fading effect always on the right side. However when I open up an email or BBM that fade goes away. This happens in application too.

    Anyone else experiencing this? Is this by design?
