Did you record them with Z10? If so, try hard reboot (press two volume buttons for longer time). If not, convert them to supported media format. There might be a problem with your SD Card.

Use a different video player. My MP3 files are all showing that now with the latest leak. Did not try videos as I use my GS4 for videos.

Did they ever play back. Some folks have found if they exceed a certain size, they will not play.

Yes I recorded the videos with my z10 and yes the videos did play before

Your phone restarts lol. Can you put the card in a pc and play them?

A hard restart/reset/boot will not erase data. As suggested, see if you can get the videos off the card to computer. Good luck

What OS are you running? If you loaded 10.3.0.442 bars over 10.3.0.229 you will have this problem. You need to load the 229 bars for pictures and videos back onto the phone.

Sound like you're sd card may be corrupted try h2test to find out the truth
