    videos i have downloaded on my blackberry z10 os 10.3.1 gave a message when i tried to play them the file cant be played due to unexpected error (1) does anyone know what i can do to make the videos play again thanks

    Restart your device by pressing the power button momentarily then select 'Restart'. If that didn't work, try playing the video using your computer. If it still didn't work then the video must be corrupted.
