Hey everyone,

I just found out that Yahoo messenger is available for BB10 and actually received a few minor updates from its initial release.
However my question is: Does it have or will it get Video & Voice Chat functionality?

Right now I'm using an Android port of Yahoo Messenger on my Playbook and Bold 9700, but I sometimes really miss the ability to video chat.
Although BBM is getting voice and presumable video chat just like the Playbook there is still no way for me to talk with any of my friends for their lack of BB.
Basically I either need Skype or Yahoo to come with video chat.

*I also read about face time coming to BB10 and that should be great but like with many things, it's not practical dividing up your friends over to many different apps / programs to contact them.

Just woke up and read that on the front page, guess I can cross that one of my list.
Someone is definitely living in wonderland with a Popsicle in her mouth, downloading a ton of app only to be used for a day or two and NOT getting things done like they should.

its funny, she doesnt consider BB a smartphone, yet i stopped considering yahoo as a search engine years ago lmao.

Yahoo Messenger is done.

Windows Live Messenger is turning into Skype, so I'm wondering tto see what will happen with that on BlackBerry 10, especially because the merge is due in Q1 2013.

Google Talk, Google+ Messenger, Google Voice, and Google Chat are all due for an integration.

AIM is just doing nothing.

BBM will always be adding new features; BBM Music, BBM Voice, and BBM Video (chat).
