When ever I select any video to play
this error appears
But after selecting ok and opening the same video there is no error and video starts playing

Where are the files located? Internal memory or sd card? This happens regularly or just one specific video? What is the video's extension and size?

File are located in sd card their size is around 70 -100mb.
This happens with any video

Is this a new problem - have you been able to play the same videos in the past? So they first create and error and then play? Odd. Oh, another question - what type/brand of card and what are its specs? Speed, size? Try moving/copying those video files to internal memory and see if they play when you first try each one?

I guess you can try restarting the phone

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

It's an 8gb SanDisk sd card class 4
and yes my phone is running with stl100-1
I bought the phone two weeks before
This problem is not regular but some time 1.when I forward the video this error occurs
2. Or when ever I select video it directly starts from place last time forwarded and same error occurred

But but after selecting ok in error, the video closes and goes back to album...
But again when I select the same video it starts playing normaly

I am not an SD card expert but maybe that Class 4 is too slow to support video??? And maybe it works the second time because it is creating or using some kind of buffer. Again, I am not sure what would cause it other than the speed of the card.
