Does anyone have any issues with creating a vibrate profile using the Profile Changer for Z10 app? I recently purchased the app because I wanted to create a vibrate profile for work so that I do not have to remember to put my phone in or change my phone from vibrate. I followed the instructions to do the configurations as indicated by Profile Changer, then created the Vibrate Profile in Changer, but it did not work. What I noticed was that the vibrate profile will work only for the first ring, then it reverts to what I have set in the system notifications and phone app notifications/alerts. The same behaviour occurs for a silent profile I created.

Support has responded to my emails, but I am not sure that I am getting through to them. I requested step by step instructions on how to configure the app and create the vibrate profile, put their response was general instructions and at a high level.

My OS is 10.1.0.2354.

Has anyone had a similar issue? I am new to this forum and would be glad for any assistance. Thank you.

Wish I could help, but I just use the system vibrate setting.
