Another sad case of an untrained, misinformed sales associate. Nothing was officially announced, so until I hear otherwise, I will believe in March. They just want you to believe April, so they could push their beloved Samsungs that I am sure will be out in full swing by that time

I'm not sure if they are doing that anymore. Few of the apps that used to be on my 9850 are no longer in existence. If it is just the general Verizon billing stuff like minutes used etc I can deal with that just fine

Actually you may have something there.

There is also the possibility they just don't know much about the z10 other than what pops up on their computer screen.

Two weeks ago a csr swore up and down no new blackberries were coming in the future "or (he) would have seen it on the computer".

According to the internal screen leaked on another thread it says ETA early March. I might believe that before I believe a CSR. Call 10 times and you'll get at least 6 different answers. Which turns out to be just speculation on their part.
