The reason we checked for update because we couldn't add her gmail account to her Z due to an imap error. I checked her gmail setting and imap is already enabled. Someone suggested in the BlackBerry forum that only an OS update can fix it. Is this true? Has anyone come across such problem? Thanks.

Agreed. On my way out of town for a road trip right now, that's one way to keep CB at bay. I may or may not resist the temptation to run the CB10 app while on the road. It would be easier to resist if I were the one driving as usual, though.
