    Verizon lists the update as coming soon. Unfortunately not much detail. Hopefully that means sometime this week. Don't understand how every other carrier is getting updates but nothing from Verizon. They really need to start getting updates out quicker!

    no clue but if does not come by the 11th will be returning to verizon shame love the phone but got screwed last time around with the original storm not again big red.verizon needs to pull it together all other u.s carriers have the update.

    thats a good question, i don't think anyone knows when VZW will release an update..if ever. VZW always drags their feet when it comes to software update on smartphones.

    Well it better happen soon because I really can't handle this battery life and camera quality. What steps should we take if any?

    It's listed under the Verizon support page for the Z10. All it says is coming soon:
