In a conversation a few minutes ago with a tech support guy from Verizon he has confirmed to me that the awaited 10.1 update is coming in Mid-June which is around 2-3 weeks from now, he said he doesn't have the exact release date but on the road map it says Mid-June, reason why it takes so long he said that they know that most of the carriers have released it already but they are doing some minor touch ups now so it should be 100% stable when it gets released in 2-3 weeks from now!

Well that is good news except by the time it comes a lot of VZW customers will have already loaded a better leak.
But for those of us who don't like the idea of wiping everything and starting from scratch, this is good news. Whenever I ask VZW about an OS update they know NOTHING about it.

Haha yes but I meant giving them benefit of doubt which they arguably don't deserve. But after update that is supposedly going to fix this issue once and for all.

I totally agree with this. They suck in customer service and I've never had the same bill twice in the 3 years and my phone reboots on the charger overnight.
