    I had an updated with Verizon this weekend to update to software 10.1.0.2039 and its made my BlackBerry experience even worst. The device is running way slower than before, emails, twitter, and other logins keep saying I have the wrong passwords and I don't. I'm not able to receive text messages at this time. Its intermittent. I also got a replace Z10 over the weekend and both devices is doing the same thing so its this software. Not only is the software on the Z10 terrible but, I have to try to deal with BlackBerry Link to swap devices and I left it running all night only to stop at 28%. I'm a die hard BlackBerry fan but I can't deal with these half baked software's on the phone and desktop. I have a second line that is a galaxy s3 and I'm thinking it maybe time to just use that phone as my primary phone now since BlackBerry can't get it together. I have better things to do with my life than spending 12 hours trying to update and transfer into to a phone. Anyone else having issues with Z10 on Verizon? I'm not able to downgrade software am I?

    You could try loading one if the more updated 10.1releases. I'm on 10.1.2354 and it's one if the most stable 10.1 builds out there.

    I believe Verizon released 10.1.4699 for the q10. So maybe the z10 isn't far off. Search the forums for 10.1 builds for the stl-004(verizon).

    Or you could make the leap to 10.2.

    Yeah, get on the leak bandwagon. Verizon will never take care of us in a timely fashion, regardless of how long you've been a customer and paid on time.

    Its not that bleak, just load up a leak. A 10.2 leak that is...

    Did you do the update OTA? I had issues with that before. Have you reset the device by holding both volume buttons (past the time it takes a screenshot) until it powers down?
    I really do advise loading up one of the 10.2. leaks ... no troubles no complaints for weeks here on 10.2.0.1047. I also loaded up the Android runtime that leaked this past Saturday and its all slick as snot together ... I just keep burning down my battery with Candy Crush; but that's my own damn fault.
