    My Z10 fell on the ground and it's touchscreen stopped working. It's lower part is working but not the upper part. It's under warranty period. I bought it in Dubai and right now i live in Delhi. Please help

    According to me you should try to find the BlackBerry office in delhi and claim the warranty there. They would be able to help you.

    Try to have it replaced?? But don't have this policy of doing nothing in case of physical damage. Isn't there a way to get a new touchscreen to replace this one??

    Ohh in case they don't accept the warranty thing because as far as i know physical damage isn't covered in Warranty. Can't it be replaced i mean the touchscreen??

    Then as you are in delhi go to a local repair shop trustworthy they will find you a new screen original hopefully. Best of Luck.

    Its an easy replacimg job. Costs around 40usd in Lithuania. I dont expect it would cost more then that in India

    Call them and see. Try your carrier too. They might fix it for you (at a cost, of course).
