So I got my new blackberry z10 in the mail and of course it says there updates available so I download the updates I did 10.1 and now I'm on the 10.2 and everytime it's done it says update interrupted any reason why I'm on wifi it's the blackberry z10 stl100-3 model att unlocked working on T mobile prepaid

It's possible that your device is temporarily losing the Wi-Fi connection, if you have a router it might be worth trying to restart it. Outside of that if you don't mind updating via your computer you can do so via BlackBerry Link if you want to run your carrier's official OTA update, or use an autoloader or Sachesi if you want to grab the latest version of 10.3.1 to load via your computer.

Thanks a lot I'm downloading link now but how do I get the 10.3 one that's the one that gives blackberry that new flat look right

The latest update that is appearing with Sachesi for the Z10 on T-Mobile is 10.2.1.2156 and 10.2.1.3014 for AT&T. Software updates typically rely on the SIM in the device to determine the appropriate version to download, however sometimes removing the SIM will allow it to pull either the latest available version or the latest available from where the device was obtained (so in this case, AT&T). It's a bit confusing.

I would recommend if you want 10.3.1 to download an autoloader or use the carrier codes for Sachesi to download the appropriate update files. Follow the instructions in these threads and you'll have 10.3.1 up and running in no time, if you need any help feel free to reply with your questions and I'll follow up.
