welcome to the party. Everything on mine work perfect. Then i realized i never ever restart my phone. Now when i restart all my removed programs are back lol. Funny when it happeneds glad i never have to reboot my phone. Love blackberry !!

Would really appreciate if anyone could help me with the steps to get the 10.2.1.1925 on my z10.
I have the stl 100-3 version and use it for mobile carriers in India.

Also if anything goes wrong during the process is there by any means I could revert back to my original OS ?

Lastly does the 1925 version work perfectly ok for Indian carriers or do I need to install any addition radios ?

No need to power down the device. Just put it in airplane mode so you don't get disturbed or lose any incoming texts. Select the correct device version here: http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=887047

Thanks a lot, got my phone updated to 1925
The os is really cool except that it doesn't sync all of my contacts and also does its battery drain a lot faster than before.

Is it only me or has anyone else also experienced the same?

Give it time. All your contacts should come back over the next few hours if you've signed in to your email accounts. The OS is settling down and although you can still use your device, it may take a few hours.
