    I partially solved the hub issue after a reboot but it is always good to have it fundamentally solved in short compass.

    I updated my what's app and now I got two BB Hub what's app connectors, why?

    There is no option to correct or delete this.
    Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this please!

    I had that too. I uninstalled it. It resolved the problem.

    I updated, then I deleted it. Now it's stuck in my hub, and I have no idea how to remove it. I've tried resetting the hub, and rebooting. It was like this since the last version, and I thought updating it, then deleting it would fix the problem.

    I uninstalled, deleted and rebooted, then reinstalled.
    Hubs back to normal and back up from what'sapp.
    So far so good

    New update hasn't fixed the issue for me either. If I delete it and reinstall do I lose my active chats too?

    I realised that you have to reset the details as like when you're first installment, don't skip anything; though I don't think you get that choice.
    Somewhere near the end of the set-up, it will ask you if you want to retrieve past messages, click on yes and it will take a little time to get them back and your contacts
