    Hello guys just look at the picture and tell me what to do do i have to update it to the same number of OS why this is happening it should show me the newer 10.3.2 OS but not the already installed one What you suggest?

    don't bother with it. Set your device for updates and you will get it on your phone.

    I mean i allready have this why is it pointing it now? this update i got it about 2 months ago and is installed now i should be notified for 10.3.2

    It is an update to a component of that OS release. Maybe some of the carrier supplied applications or a minor patch. This will happen from time to time.
