I had the 1925 leak and then out the woods 2102 came as OTA...I updated it installed then rebooted but stuck at blackberry boot logo,does it take hours,it's been an hour or so.?

It does take a while after a new OS install, but that's a little too long. Try doing a battery pull and see what happens. That did it for me last time I had that issue.

I would suggest first trying the more "gentle" method of

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

Oooh, lucky! Lots of users have had major issues doing a battery pull before the OS was completely loaded. It can take more than an hour sometimes. . . oh well, good on you and enjoy the new OS!
